Design and Construction of a 30,000 capacity multi-purpose stadium comprising of the third largest ETFE roofed building in the world allowing natural grass to grow under a permanent roof structure with a steel frame construction made up of circa 4,000 tonnes of structural steel. NZ$135 million.
